Lead Developer - Digitisation

We are looking to appoint an outstanding individual as our new Lead Developer with experience in large digitisation project migrating data. Reporting to the Senior Technical Leader for Digital Revolution and a key member of the new Digitisation Project team, you will be responsible for the data quality assurance and timely migration of all digitised transcription data, working with the 3rd party supplier and the Digitisation Data Quality officers. You will focus on optimising the interactions across the team to support the effective delivery of the digitisation work, cultivating a positive, collaborative, and innovative working environment, that will develop a new and proven approach to exceed quality and quantitative outcomes.
